About Us

I developed an interest in coaching when I entered the civilian corporate world. Previously, I had served in the military for 10 years, followed by 14 years as a peace officer and 5 years as a civilian contractor overseas. In 2018, I decided to transition to a leadership position at one of the largest U.S. civilian security and technology companies. As I moved up within this organization, I realized that the leadership styles and processes of the corporate world were different from those in my previous careers in paramilitary organizations. I had to learn to adapt and change my approach in order to succeed in this new environment. Through trial and error, I learned what worked and what did not. Now, after holding senior leadership positions of Director of Operations, Director of HR Strategy & Policy, amongst other leadership positions, I decided to share my knowledge and experience by offering coaching to businesses that wish to build better leaders and for individuals looking to advance their careers.  Whether I'm coaching C-suite executives tasked with leading the organization, or the next generation of leaders being prepared for internal promotion. Learning from a coach while on your journey up the corporate ladder could help you as a leader hit the ground running, learn how to identify opportunities, and take on greater responsibility. I draw on my life's experience, transformational leadership training, and professional coaching experience to help others follow their own career path specific to the individual.
